We are confident in the quality of our products and provide a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase on all Love & Carry items.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace your product.

Shipping costs for warranty repairs are covered by Love & Carry if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
What is covered by the warranty
- Hardware defects: malfunctions of buckles, zippers, snap buttons, webbing straps, and fasteners.
- Manufacturing defects: seam failure, fabric flaws, or structural assembly defects.
What is not covered by the warranty
- Normal wear and tear of materials over time and regular use.
- Damage caused by misuse: failure to follow care or operation instructions, or negligent handling.
- Fabric discoloration: natural fading from sunlight exposure or frequent washing.
- Mechanical damage: cuts, tears, burns, or damage caused by pets.
